Commission
Commission pieces have variable completion period and depends on the work.
The Process
Once we receive your initial information via email concerning a need for a commission acrylic painting with us, we will contact you to discuss your request including but not limited to the composition of your piece, colors inspirations, medium, surface, finishing, etc.
Quote
After this initial discussion, a quote will be provided within 1 business day. You will have an opportunity to discuss the quote provided and once approved by both parties, the work will commence.
Cancellation
Once you have accepted the quote and work has begun on the commission piece, you cannot cancel the order. Cancellation can only be accepted prior to the beginning of the work. In case you wish to cancel in the midst of the work, you will be charged 50% of the quoted value for the commission.
Presentation
The final commission piece as agreed will be ready approximately 14-25 days after the quote has been approved.
Return
If for any reason you do not like the final commission, you will have 30 days to return the piece in the same form and state as was presented for a full refund. A refund will be issued once the piece is received.
Restocking Charge
If you decide to return the commission piece, you will be charged 25% of the quoted value as restocking charges.
