💬 Consultation & Quote
After the initial discussion, we’ll provide a custom quote within 1 business day. You’ll have the chance to review and revise it if needed. Once the quote is approved, we’ll begin creating your artwork.
🗓️ Completion Timeline
Your painting will be completed and ready for delivery within 14–25 business days after approval. Timelines may vary based on the size and complexity of your request.
❗ Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your commission before work begins at no cost.

If you cancel after the project has started, a 50% fee of the quoted price will apply.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
If the final piece does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days in its original condition. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee.
