There is something so special about this piece. Most people who first saw this online claimed it reminded them about one of their experiences in the Mountains of New Mexico. Thus the name. I wish to one day visit New Mexico and to see if I can also have a similar experience. This is an original wet-on-wet acrylic painting finished with 7 layers of Liquitex High Gloss varnish.
